Johan Daniël (Lucas) Bauer (Haarlem, 30 May 1896 – The Hague, 17 January 1959) was a Dutch painter. Bauer lived and worked in the Artists' Court in the Trompstraat in The Hague until 1948. He carefully painted and watercoloured forest landscapes, mushrooms and orchids. Bauer exhibited at the Royal Kunsthal Kleykamp. He was friends with Theo Bitter and Jaap LeKluse.
