Markus Lüpertz was born on April 25, 1941 in Reichenberg.
His paintings, graphics and sculptures are attributed to neo-expressionism.
Markus Lüpertz is one of the most important artists of our time and his works are exhibited in museums all over the world.
From 1988 to 2009 Lüpertz was rector at the State Art Academy in Düsseldorf.

Condition: very good, the graphic was always kept in a graphic folder in the graphic cabinet and has never been framed.

I have already seen comparable works by the artist between 300 and 750 at auctions and in galleries. I would put this etching at a price between 350 and 600 euros.
